How do I onboard a new data source or sink?

Which data formats are supported?

The service supports a variety of formats, including JSON, CSV, and binary payloads. For specific requirements, refer to the API Documentation.

How is data privacy and security ensured?

Data Integration is TISAX certified and compliant with GDPR. All data transfers are encrypted and access is controlled via Bosch IAM.

What happens if a downstream system is temporarily unavailable?

The service stores data with a customizable retention time and uses a retry mechanism to ensure no data is lost.

Who do I contact for support or onboarding?

Can I connect my own cloud storage or database?

Default maximum message size is 15 MB. For higher throughput or larger messages, contact the product team for custom configuration.
